The OggiEuropa webinar series, promoted by Unioncamere Europa, continues with a session dedicated to EU State aid, providing an updated and practical overview of the rules governing public support measures and their implications for businesses and the Chamber System.

The webinar, entitled “EU State aid: regulatory updates and practical tools for businesses, Chambers of Commerce and intermediary organisations”, will take place on 16 July 2026, from 10:30 to 12:00.

During the session, Mariella Spata, Consultant at Unioncamere Europa, will present the key elements for assessing whether a measure may constitute State aid, covering Article 107 TFEU, de minimis rules, the General Block Exemption Regulation (GBER), notification obligations and other key operational aspects.

The webinar will also address recent developments, including CISAF, METSAF, the upcoming revision of the GBER and IPCEIs, with a focus on their practical implications for SMEs, Chambers of Commerce and intermediary organisations.

Part of the session will be dedicated to the practical application of State aid rules, including operational checklists, the analysis of calls for proposals, cumulation of aid, documentation requirements and common risks in the management of support measures.

The webinar is part of Unioncamere Europa’s ongoing activities to provide the Italian Chamber System with updates on key European Union policies and regulatory developments.

The session will be held in Italian and is reserved exclusively for representatives and staff of the Italian Chamber System.
